For a limited time only, we are offering one free trial design. No purchase is necessary, this opportunity is completely free of charge. Click on the image below to choose your design, or use the Custom Designs drop down menu at the top of the page and there you can place your order. When the order is complete, your file will be sent to the email given at checkout (THIS IS THE ONLY EMAIL THAT CAN BE USED FOR THIS TRIAL). This option is only available to invited companies. If you have not received an email from us, your order will be rejected.  Only 8 products are available for this promotion.

How We Accept Your Information

1. We ask that you submit all information in its entirety when placing the order.  Any information sent in an additional email will cancel your order, so please ensure you have included everything before placing your order.

2. No cropped or distorted images will be accepted.  If an image requires cropping, please specify the file name of that image and tell us which portion of the image is to be used, otherwise we will omit that image. You can send the image with a circle around the principle area to indicate where the cropping should take place (this can be done on your phone or computer, but it must be included with the initial information). Images must be digital high resolution or a physically scanned photo at high resolution (preferably 300 dpi or better). Only send the recommended amount of images for that design (see descriptions). If you send more images, which is allowed, we will use the best that we deem suitable for the design.

3. All text must be in a word document format; i.e. obituary, order of service, acknowledgements, poems, date, time, location, etc. Any and all text must be included in the same file. Please do not send several word documents. We will not type any information from a scanned or hand written pages, or any images taken by cell phones.

4. Once we complete the design and generate a proof, you will be given one opportunity to review the design and make any grammatical changes, so please proof carefully. Any errors discovered after this proofing and you have signed off on the design as complete, will constitute a charge to correct them, so please proof carefully.

5. We reserve the right to creative control over the design, once the design is complete, no changes of images and or placement will be made. This is to ensure we retain the quality you deserve. If you desire a specific image on the cover, please indicate by naming that image cover photo. If we feel that another image is more suitable, we will provide an alternate cover for you to review at our expense.

6. In order to get your file back to you in a timely manner so that you can get it to your printer, we ask that you proof within one hour of the design being delivered to you and have it returned within that same hour for corrections.

7. Once we have your approval for completion, you will be emailed the design in a PDF format. All of our designs contain bleeds and crop marks for printing purposes.

8. We are happy to work with any printers to resolve any issues that may arise. Please contact our office at 704-860-4076 and someone will assist you.

9. Under Add a Page: check the box marked Free Trial. Processing time for each order is 2-3 business days. Any orders that require immediate attention, will incur a rush charge fee only. Please select the box marked Rush Charge 24hrs.
